By using the B 33 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use B 33.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on B 33:

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Providing false information will result in account termination.

• B 33 may request a National ID or other documentation for identity verification at any time.
• Account registration is completely free.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on B 33:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (applicable across all methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳100.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours; amounts exceeding ৳1 lakh may take 2–3 business days.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment method — if you deposit via Mobile Pay, you must also withdraw via Mobile Pay.
• Account verification may be required before processing a withdrawal.
• B 33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if there is any suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
• B 33 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The following terms apply to the use of all B 33 bonus and promotional offers:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. Please review the terms before claiming any bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — funds only become withdrawable after wagering requirements have been met.
• B 33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Some bonuses are valid for specific games and have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once expired.

B 33's decision is final in all matters relating to bonuses.

The following rules apply while playing games on B 33:

• Each game has its own rules. We recommend reading them before you start playing.
• B 33's odds and rules apply to all Sports Betting. Bets on cancelled or suspended matches will be voided and returned.
• If a technical error affects a game, that round may be declared void.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Lottery results are determined through a live draw and are final.
• B 33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove any game from the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on B 33:

• Multiple Accounts: If any individual holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
• Bots or Automated Software: Using any program or software to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusive Fraud: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through B 33.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• System Hacking: Unauthorized attempts to access B 33's servers or software.
• False Information: Submitting false or altered documents during registration or verification.

Violations of these rules will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

• Any member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Members may activate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion on their account at any time.
• Once an account break is activated, it cannot be lifted before the designated period ends.

B 33 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus balance) will be refunded, provided there are no pending investigations.

B 33 is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• If you suffer losses due to issues with your own device or software.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• If a game is interrupted due to an unexpected technical error.

B 33 always strives to resolve issues promptly and follows a fair and generous compensation policy.

B 33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and may also be communicated to your registered email. Continued use of B 33 following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to any changes in the terms and conditions, you may request to close your account.
